What we do
As third-party investor, we are specialized in power stations, building-integrated and ground-based solar systems. Our role is to englobe six different kinds of activities :
Engineering
To build a good, well-thought and resilient project, you need to think it through and to use the best solution depending on the situation of the case.
Is it off-grid? Is there shades risks? Will the structure support the panels weight? Should we put batteries? So many questions to which we will provide answers by working with you.
We are here to give you the kind of energy you want : the most cost-effective one and the greenest one.
Supplying
Once we agreed on what kind of system will we built, we need materials.
Indeed, our job is not just to suggest you what would be the best way for you to produce energy but to give you this power, from A to Z.
Our partners know what panels have the best quality and which ones will suit your project. They also have a large choice of inverters and already propose the right system to attach your futur panels.
Do not think about how to supply your project, we take care of that.
funding
We structure and manage funding for PV projects up to 10.000.000€.
We, as Eleafin, act as a first level investor: we invest equity directly in the PV projects or through SPV (special purpose vehicle).
Alongside our own investment, for European projects we have privileged access to the main banks and to private fundings.
Concerning projects in developing countries we have contacts in the main development banks such as EBRD, EIB, World Bank or BAD. We can also work with institutional donors like EU or Belgium and with banks and funds focused in sustainable development such as Triodos or ElectriFi.
Moreover, we can easily setup PPP (public-private partnerships).
Project management
The installation of your energy production system will take time. The best work cannot be fast and reliable. You do not have this time, you have a business to run and other things to think about.
Fortunately, we take care of that ! We manage every aspect of the project so that we can focus on the rest. However, we keep you updated on what is going on to ensure that it is your project and that the result you will receive fits what you expected.
Construction
There is, the part where everything that was in your head and in our computers finally turns into something real.
Our partners know solar panels and how to place them. The all have experience can adapt to any situation.
Maintenance
Now that your have your own energy source, the last thing you want is that an unexpected problem comes to break it… Fortunately, we do not leave alone after the construction is finished.
Through monitoring systems we have an eye on the installation and can see any imperfection. It can be due to time, weather or simply the fact the electronics, no matter how safe you are with them, can have unpredictable behaviors.
If we notice or you tell us about any problem, we will do what is necessary to resolve it. It can be from our office or by sending the right man for the right job to ensure that you do not have to worry about your energy.
